Instructional Design & eLearning Development

I translate complex information into engaging, interactive learning experiences. With expertise in Articulate 360, Genially (as the First Nigerian Genially Ambassador), and AI-enabled content production, I build modular, scalable courses for self-paced online learning and in-person facilitation. My work spans healthcare compliance training, digital skills bootcamps, career transition programmes, and employability curricula delivered across platforms like Canvas, Mighty Networks, TalentLMS, and WordPress.

My work is grounded in evidence-based methodologies like ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Gagne’s Nine Events of Instruction, and Enterprise Design Thinking (IBM-certified), not as academic exercises, but as practical frameworks that ensure every solution drives measurable impact.

From designing over 40 mini-courses for workforce development to managing LMS ecosystems with 150+ users, from facilitating digital skills training to leading global eLearning projects, I bring a proven track record of delivering quality, on time, and at scale.

I mentor and guide early-career professionals, career transitioners, educators, and aspiring instructional designers who want to start or grow careers in Learning & Development.
