For Bridgia Solutions, I handled the end-to-end design of over 40 mini-courses covering domains like Data Analysis and Digital Skills, successfully translating dense theoretical concepts into digestible, engaging modules that learners could immediately apply in their roles.
Interactive & Immersive Development
I specialize in moving beyond static “click-next” slides. I build detailed storyboards and interactive assessments that reinforce retention and drive real understanding. My work includes using interactivity and scenario-based learning to ensure learners grasp critical safety standards that could save lives.
LMS Administration & Ecosystem Management
Design is useless without successful delivery. I manage the deployment of learning ecosystems on platforms like Mighty Networks, TalentLMS, and World Merit. I don’t just launch courses; I manage the user lifecycle onboarding 150+ users in a single month for a healthcare client and establishing protocols for tracking learner progress, measuring performance gains, and iterating based on data.
Complex Information Simplification
I make technical knowledge accessible to diverse audiences. Whether creating USAID-backed manuals for rural shea farmers on “Snake Bite Protection” and “Warehouse Management” or designing Climate Change Train-the-Trainer kits using animation scripts, I ensure content is digestible and actionable for the specific target audience. I meet learners where they are, not where I wish they were.
AI-Enabled Content Production
I leverage modern tools to accelerate production without sacrificing quality or learning effectiveness.
